We recently moved into the area and started new service with your company.  I just wanted to let you know that the tech who came to our house today, John Bernacki, did an excellent job.  He not only took care of the problem I called for, but also identified a nest of carpenter ants that had settled in our garage, and "dusted" them out!  He is very knowledgeable and personable, and we're very pleased that he will be servicing our house regularly!
