My family had its first picnic in our backyard in a decade! That's because we started Home Protection Plus at the end of last summer; and as Buffalo Exterminating promised, it has kept the carpenter bees and wasps away this year! We've received 4 treatments, one in the summer and 3 in the other seasons, which insured that our pests would be gone. I've also used Buffalo Exterminating for some of the other 31 pests that are covered under Home Protection Plus and Buffalo Exterminating has always responded quickly and has always been successful in eradicating the pests. First, it was impressive you that actually responded to my e-mail and called me back the next business day. Thank you. Secondly, Mark was terrific. He was knowledgeable, his suggestions were helpful, he was patient and did an excellent job. It's too bad he won't be my main contact. Thirdly, noting that the original technician called in sick - the company did not call me to reschedule (I took a vacation day), did not change the time of the appointment (I had an appt outside of the house) and no way did it impact me. Thank you for not making your problem my problem. There are not many businesses that do that these days. I look for to a positive working relationships and the elimination of the carpenter ants and mice. I really am looking forward to living rodent-free!! Susanna

I don't think you can improve upon your service. Every person I've come into contact with in your organization, whether in person or over the phone, has been knowledgable, helpful, and always courteous. It is always a pleasure dealing with them. I like that I can call any time, whether it's a time for a scheduled visit or not. I also appreciate that your service people stress that each time they come. Today, Dave Rodriguez was very courteous & professional. I have new carpet & he was sure to put on shoe covers to keep it clean. I am so pleased that I no longer have to worry about rats, but having the Home Protection Plus makes things even better. Your service is well worth the fee I pay each month. Thank you.

We had Honey Bees nesting in our wall. Our technician Bruce came out and removed the nest and part of the wall that the bees had damaged. We really appreciate Bruces professionalism, and we are very happy with Buffalo Exterminating Co.
